There is an alternative - Join OUR club!
Banbury Cycles now has it's very own cycling club. We get lots of feedback from our customers saying that they want to be part of a club that is less about outright racing performance & more about just enjoying cycling. We want to get like minded riders together to enjoy a more relaxed Sunday ride out that is as much about the smiles as the miles :-) The current rides we do involve a cafe stop for refreshments & we would like to offer a variety of different routes to suit all levels of ability.
So how do you join us? Simply buy one of our club shirts & give us your details to get on our riders list.
The shirts are printed locally By E-type press & we are only charging the ticket value of the garment (currently £30). We have chosen a more relaxed fitting shirt which is supplied by Bontrager.
Once you are on board you will also receive:
cheers!

Ice Trike - Barbara's new wheels
We just had some feedback from a customer who had some of our custom wheels built for her Ice recumbent trike.
The rear was built using a Hope Evo hub laced to Halo T2 white rim, black Halo spokes & red Halo nipples. This wheel is built with a 6mm offset for chainline clearance:
The fronts were built using the existing Sturmey Archer drum brake hubs mated to Alex rims with black spokes & Halo red nipples:
These turned out very nice & complement the colour scheme perfectly:
An interesting build & another happy customer - Thanks Barbara & Seamus, see you on the road...

Surly Troll custom build
We just released this Surly Troll into the wild & another happy customer is now enjoying their new ride.
Built up using the customers old donor bike & some new parts, it turned out very nice. This colour option is called 'Steve's Pants'
Strip off the racks & guards & stick some dirt tyres on it & you also have a very capable off roader...
